Inspection of Your Ceramics

Check Before You Leave: When collecting your items from our studio, please inspect

each piece carefully before leaving. If you notice any issues, let our team know

immediately—we’re here to help.

Check Upon Delivery: If your items are delivered, inspect them as soon as they arrive.

Should you find any faults, contact us within 7 days so we can assist you in filing a claim
-
with Royal Mail under their compensation policy.

Handmade Beauty: Every piece is individually crafted, so slight variations and minor

imperfections are part of its charm—not flaws.
​Caring for Your Ceramics

Handle with Love: Your ceramics are handmade and deserve gentle care.

Avoid Dishwashers & Microwaves: These can damage delicate materials and finishes.

Hand wash only for best results.

Pre-Warm for Hot Drinks: When using mugs for tea or coffee, pre-warm with warm water to prevent crazing (fine cracks in the glaze) caused by sudden temperature changes.
Please Note
Once items leave our studio, we cannot offer compensation for issues discovered later. For
delivered items, we cannot accept responsibility for damage during transit, but we’ll support you
in making a claim if reported within 7 days.
